Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definition of Services

Akyol Mimarlik provides real estate investment consulting and financial architecture services, focused on the development of modern business centers. The services include, but are not limited to:

• Economic feasibility studies for real estate projects.
• Construction cost auditing.
• Project management courses for real estate investors.

All services are presented accurately, without exaggerated promises or guarantees of specific financial results. Individual results may vary depending on circumstances.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Obligations of the Company (Provider):

• To provide professional services, with competence and diligence, in accordance with industry standards.
• To respect the confidentiality of the client's information.
• To provide clear and verifiable information about the purpose, methodology, and limitations of the services.

Obligations of the Client (User):

• To provide complete and accurate information necessary for the provision of services.
• To pay all agreed fees by the established deadlines.
• To acknowledge that final investment decisions and their results are entirely their own responsibility.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are advisory in nature. Akyol Mimarlik assumes no liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages resulting from:

• Investment decisions made by the client based on our consultation.
• Unforeseen changes in market conditions, legislation, or force majeure.
• Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

The total liability of the Company is limited to the amount of the fee paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

4. Financial Terms and Refunds

All fees are communicated in advance and invoiced according to the service agreement. Payment is due according to the terms stipulated on the invoice.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, fees for consulting services already rendered are non-refundable. For courses, there may be specific cancellation conditions, communicated in writing before enrollment.

5. Termination of Use

Either party may terminate the service agreement by written notice, respecting the agreed notice periods. The client remains obligated to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services immediately if the client violates these Terms.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revision date. Continued use of the services after the modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
